Twin-plate heat exchanger

The strongest combination of welding and gaskets that expands the possibilities of "plate type."

It has been developed for fluids that immerse rubber gaskets. The twin plates, which are laser-welded together, not only enable heat exchange of fluids that were difficult in conventional gasket plate heat exchangers but also significantly expand the usable temperature range. In processes where other types of heat exchangers have been used, it maximizes the advantages of the "plate type" characteristics, surpassing them with numerous benefits, and achieves the best performance unique to the "twin plate type."

Twin-plate heat exchanger

Compatible with fluids that attack rubber gaskets and highly permeable fluids.

The Twin-plate is a "plate type" developed to handle fluids that can penetrate rubber gaskets and highly permeable fluids. It creates a bag-shaped cassette plate (Twin-plate) by laser welding the seal sections of two plates and combines them with a gasket. Alternating flow paths sealed by the welded sections and the gasket are formed, allowing fluids that can penetrate the gasket to flow through the welded flow paths. It is ideal for cases where the use of gaskets is not possible on the process liquid side and where disassembly and cleaning are required on the other side, making it effective in refrigeration systems using ammonia refrigerants, heating and cooling of solvents or process liquids, and district heating and cooling.
